Can any one post the recent (last threeto four days)judgement of Delhi high Court, in which it is obseved that 90% of the govt. employee are corrupt and they need strong punishment.

On last tuesday Delhi HC has made a correct remark that most of the govt. employees are dishonest and corrupt. They siphone-off the money alloted for poor. For them jail is the right place.
