Hello every one my wife filed a fraud 498a ,307,323 & 3/4 of dp act against me and my family last year we all are on bail now i need few details of expert.
> Framing of charges to be decided yet what are the chances to remove section 307 if their is no evidence of kerosine oil in MLC report. any jugments related to same pls help.
> If MLC not prepaired on police direction and any one visited hospital to do MLC self do i get any benefit.
> MLC done at 1600 hrs of 24/02 but case registerd on date 25/02 0100 hrs in between time they visited my house and beaten my family badly our MLC done at 2340 dated 24/02 do i get any benfit of this as well.
