Jurisdiction

Could you please guide me as to how to find out the district court in delhi where I need to file my civil case. I have the delhi address of the company against which I want to file the case. Thus my query is which of the district court in delhi should i file my case at. Thanks.

The jurisdiction shall be decided on the basis of the place where the company is situated.  You have not mentioned the address of the company.

Registered head office of the company is the district where the territorial jurisdiction lies to file in that district court.
