Keeping original certificates

Hi All,

I have some Question regarding holding Original educational Document with employer

1) My wife worked for a software company with the 2 years of bond but due to personal reasons she quit the organization

and employer filed a suit against my wife amount of 3 LKS this suit has been dismissed by the senior civil court

2) Her original all educational documents with the Employer now they are asking some money to return the documents

anyone can you advice on same.

better option is file a civil suit for Permanent Injunction and in the suit write about the case that was made in your favour and then write about the original documents to be recovered. Fir can't help you because police won't register an FIR for non cognizable offence.
