Land acquisition - property is sold

Hello,

My Father and my Uncle are two sons to my Grand Father (dead).
There is a ancestral property of 1 acres which is in my grand mothers name (dead).

No partition has happened in the family.

Recently we got to know that this property was acquired by Railways in 2007.
We got to know that, My Uncles elder son has claimed that he is the only grand son of above said grand mother, have
sold and received the amount of Rs 1.5 lakhs.

Still on RTC, my grand mother is shown as owner and in liabilities it is mentioned about land acquisition orders from District administration.

I also got to know that the same person had again applied for getting more money for the same land acquisition and he has registered case in the court.

Do I still have opportunity to get my share ?

What should be done for the same ?

Had the grandfather made any Will? If not, the property is jointly vested with grandmother, your father and the uncle. Your father can approach the competent court under the provisions of Section 30 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894.
