We are facing some problem on convence deed from builder. The area that builder is mentioned in the agreement is not near to what he is mentioning in the draft convence deed. During the handover of the society he has mentioned an figure in the bylaws book and he is sticking to it. Is the mentioned area in bylaws book play any role on convenece deem. Please suggest.
