hi sir my grandfather plan to sell our agri land in 2007 and got 3lakhs cash as advance and will pay the whole amount within 5months but the buyer didnt payed the amount and without our knowledge the buyer gave a madeover of our land to another person we waited for 5months and we returned back 3lakhs to the buyer but he returned the cheque back to us and it went 3years meanwhile my grandfather expired and the buyer filed a case on us that we are not giving the land to him and there was partition among my dad and his brothers and my dad got this litigation land as his share now he also expired wnd we got a temporavery judgement that the land belong to us asif now the buyer is very influencial person in our area he is allowing to sell the land and my uncle is also making lot of problems for selling the land and we dont have any proof of problems they are creating pls pls give me the right solution ofr this? thanks a lot
