My Cousin Brother gave his grandfather's land for lease to a person and that person sold the property to another party they (who buyed it) came to him and asked him to sign on the documents.He refused to do it.He is having Pass Books with him.Can he legally proceed further??He was afraid of his old parents who stay in village that the person who took for lease may do harm to them...Please give your valuable suggestions.......
