Land gpa issue

I have bought a piece of land as per below structure

Ancestral Property owner --> Owner 2 --> GPA Holder --> Owner 3 (Could not repay the loan on land to financier) --> Owner 4 ( via auction) --> Owner 5 (myself).

Now is it possible that children of owner 2 (aged around 42 when POA is given) can now oppose the sale from GPA holder to owner 3 and there by subsequent owners?  Is it safe to build or construct a house on this piece of land?  There is also possibility of Govt acquiring this piece of land, in that case is it possible for asking for alternate land?  Please clarify I have got this land from Aug 2007.

Many thanks,

Pradeep
