May I request your guidance and advice on the following matter?
We three, my brother my sister and myself decided to own a piece of agricultral land near Mumbai. We paid the owner and purchased the same. But on the day of registration we came to know the documents prepared had only my brother's name and he registered the same in his name.
Now I request you to guide me how to insert our names into document and re-register. My brother is ready to co-operate.
