lawyers/members please help me, how to get court accept the

Dear Learned LAWYERS and Members,

I have a divorce case running since july 2007 in family court. Prior to filing a divorce case, I had sent a notice to my wife through my earlier lawyer to come and stay with me, that was after she left the home by then already 1 year passed.

I had changed later my lawyer, who had issued a notice to her. Now, it is the evidence and cross examination stage in the divorce case. To submit the proof of sending such notice, I asked my earlier lawyer to provide me the registered post proof's. He is refusing to provide the proofs and without proof, the court clerk is not admitting the notice as evidence document!!!

In this regard, is there a way to get it admitted? What are the various methods by which I can get that information of proof of sending the letter? I know RTI, but the CPIO is refusing to provide the info without the registered post slips citing third party info, which I don't have, but surely the postal department will be having .

What is the way around for this info? PLEASE HELP.

WRITE A LETTER TO YOUR EARLIER LAWYER TO PROVIDE THE DETAILS.( UNDER COPY TO BAR COUNCIL OF INDIA OF THAT STATE,)  BEFORE THAT SEE  HIS FEE IS PAID FULLY.

UNDER RTI APPROACH THE POSTAL DEPARTMENT THEY GIVE THE THE DELIVERY PROOF CERTIFICATE.
