Sir, I am top floor resident, due to leakage from the roof my celing has dammaged and roubles falling in pieces, thus unable to stay there. I had filed case in co-op. court in 1999 which has been dismissed due non presentation of my matter and frequent absence at the time of hearing either by my councel or the opponent before the Hon. Court, though similar case law was submitted by me to my councel and requested to argue on the point but my councel filed written statment and didn't argue on the date due to which Hon. Court has dismissed by dispute/appeal. Now I need your assisstance in the matter, please guide me.
