My co is currently undergoing a negotiation with a Real estate co for a warehouse space ( 2000 sq ft). Rent is rs 17 per sq ft with 5 % increase clause for every year , upto 5 years. My co wants to register the agreement , please guide me for the calculation of the Valuation for registration , secondly what is the registration process and how much it requires to pay for stamp duty to Govt.
