I am in need of help..
As we are planning to start a fast food kiosk model stores in Hyderabad at big malls..
Firstly we need to register our firm
Quarry 1: which suites me best, partnership firm or pvt.ltd (we are 3 partners)
Main issue is non of our partners have own house in Hyderabad
So we are going to rent a office..(Monthly rent basis )
For registration of firm is that mandatory to register rent document...
If yes..What will be the registration charges if my monthly rent is Rs8000..
