Dear Sir,
Can Lessee of the leased plot sub-lease the entire plot to third party? whether only the Land will be the subject matter of lease or the entire structure /building erected on the leased land along with the land collectively would be the subject matter of sub-lease?

Lessee cannot sub lease entire premises to any other which he has taken as a tanant
