We have a Leave and License Agreement ( registered) which is expiring on 31-March 2013.
However the tenent has stopped paying the monthly rent saying that they are adjusting the rent against the Deposit. By March 2013 the deposit will be reduced to zero.
However there is no such provision in the L&L agreement- the deposit is to be repaid only on vaccation.
What is the remedy?
