My father-in-law (73) expired left with his wife (66) 2 daughters (45 & 43). The elder daughter was married and youger is unmarried still. When we are applying for Legal Hier Certificate, the Authorities were asked us to fill the details what the infomration available in the ration card. Unfortunately my wife's name (elder daughter) was not figured in the ration card, naturally I am having separte Ration Card with my family members. When my wife name is not figured in the Legal Hire, what will be implecation in the future, may I ask the authorities to include her name in the Legal Heir or which one is correct.
