Dear Sir,
I m here for 89 years old PERSON'S query. He is right now living in a house in mumbai , which is PAGDI place which was in his fathers name and now it is in his name since last one year.
All the rent pawti comes now in his name. he is staying alone as wife is dead and he has only 3 daughters which are married.
now query is
(1) after him , since it is a paghadi place , daughters right will be survived or landlord will take back the possession as my grand father don't have son .
(2) wht should 3 married daughters do so that they can claim their right after his father.
pls suggest urgently
