Esteemed Members, My a walnut tree in my clients neighbourhood which is many a ways detrimental to my client like easmentary rights gets violated from this tree and also there is an imminent threat to the life of my clients family as the branches of the walnut tree are lying in my clients land.So plz provide some legal ways by which we can erradicate this menace as the neighbour is not willing to chop the walnut tree.
