Dear Friends,
I had been staying in a rented flat being leased on my name and since few months nobody is staying in that. Now, lease had expiered. I filed for divorce and then slaped 498a, DV, 406, and now Maintenace appl. My 498a wife is staying with her parents.
I would like to vacate that flat, so wanted to send her a legal notice to collect her articles as soon as possible.
What is the best way to vacte the flat keeping myself safe from any future claim of wife under various sections.
I think, by sending a legal notice to collect her articles from that flat could save many possible but not all issues.
Could you, pls, share me some format of a legal notice for this purpose.
