Legal papers-alternative

Dear Sir,

As i posted an article regarding the issue of my  xparty divorce which is releated to the legal papers.

If i am not able to get the papers what is the alternative steps to proceed further to step into my family life.Whomsoever will be expecting the papers where as it should not be an issue later.What should i do.
