AND PARDEN ME FOR LACK OF USING PROPER LAW TERMS
My father has 4 brothers and 2 sisters .Grandfather had a farm , he died as well as grandmother. They didnt put any will.
The Khatedari of farm is not done.
I feel like the money from selling of farm should not be given to my uncles. I want that no one should get anything, Instead the
money can be used for soical iniitiative but not to them.
I want to know if we can file a case or something which will go long so that no one will be able to get anything or If I get all and do social work.
Let me know all possible procedures and oucomes,
