Now a days one thing is very famous...its PIL .. before few days SC ordered upon PIL that motor vehicle act no 100.. no cars will take security of windows glasses , it means that not use of black film on windshield or windows that is becomes in a crime, so its only for causes of CRIME (RAPES,DCOIT,KIDNAPPINGS etc..) and i ask one thing from JUSTICES those are given these kiddish type of order,
1 what about personal security
2 what about vehicles security
3 what about human threatning
4 what about Ultra Violet Rays ( indian continent have more U/V)
5 Human Rights clauses ( human will uses his/her likes )
so what justice want to changes is the crime is onle cause of black films or some thing wrong, how many crime will done in car they have black film on windows,
This is unlaw full type of order so i want to ask that is i can appeal against these unlaw full or kiddish type of order please suggest me i m also go to court and ask these all
