A builder is offering me apartment (western house) on Lal dora land near dwarka mor towards uttam nagar, delhi. He claims to have all the clearances from govt/agencies and says that the property can be registered and loan can be taken from public sector bank. I wanted to know:
Can lal dora land in this area be registered?
What documents should I check if I want to purchase the apartment?
Can I later sell the property?
Will it be a freehold property?
