my grand uncle was died he is unmerried and my grandfather was also died but the his sister was allive then my father was legual hier of my granduncle's property???? yes or no

Who died first if Ur grand uncle died first intestate then it is inherited by Ur grand father and his sister equally.if Ur g.f died first then the sole successor is surviving sister over entire property of Ur grand uncle.ur father doesn't get any share. Go and contact eminent advocate who guides u properly over subject matter.
