Letter from institute

MY WIFE REGISTERED 498A, 294,506 ON ME. AND SHE DID COMPLAIN TO MY CHIF OFFICER ALSO AND SAID BECAUSE I AM  498A CRIMINNAL THERE FOR I  AM NOT COMPETENT CANDIDATE FOR MY PATWARI TRANING. NOW MY INSTITUTE HAS GIVN ME A LETTER,THAT IS ( AP PAR 498A,294.506 KA CRIMINAL CASE CHAL CHAL RHA HE TO KYON NA APKO TRAINING SE NISHKASIT KAR DIYA JAYE)
.

1. NOW IF I WILL DO ANY REQUEST BY LETTER TO MY CHIF OFFICER THEN THAT WILL BE CONSIDER OR NOT ?

2. 294, 506  IS ALSO CRIMINAL CASE ? IF I GET PUNISH ACCORING THIS THEN , I WILL BE ABLE TO GET MY JOB OR NOT ?

No you can challege  in the court of law if your management put your job under suspension.

Write a reply stating that the show cause notice is illegal and has caused you mental torture, and that you seek compensation for the same.

PLEASE MANISH JI TELL ME, WHILE A CRIMINAL CASE IS RUNING ON ME, I MAY GET APPOINTMENT OR NOT AFTER TRANING. HERE EVERY ONE SAYS-  ABOUT MY JOB EVERTHING WILL BE ACCORDING TO MP STATE SERVICE RULES. BUT I DONT KNOW MP SERVICE RULES. PLEASE HELP ME.

I don't know MP state rules, but I know everyone is considered innocent under the law (any law / any rule) till proven guilty.

Hi in some govt. sectors trainees are required to have a clean police record before confirmation. I can say for sure in case of central govt. jobs. you can use rti or take the help of local rti lawyer to get exact details of relevant MP service rules.However in case any action is taken before conviction it can always be challenged in court. regards ASHOK.
