A PURCHSED PROPERTY IN THE YEAR 2006. On his death legal heirs sold the said property to third parties by mentioning wrong document number in the recital of the sale deed. But the other recitals are in correct. Now the legal heirs are not interested to give rectification deed. Whether the said sale deed is valid document when the link document number wrongly mentioned. The original link document was not given to the purchaser. The original document is in the custody of third party who purchased through agreement from A. Please suggest ?
