What you filed  is not an injunction. It is residence order by the Metropoplitan or JMFC in  DV proceedings restraining  anyone  from dispossessing or interfering  with you  from your possesion  of the  house where you reside such as other shareholders/husband or inlaws from dispossessing you from you residence.pending DV proceedings. It is akin to injunction and not  an injuntion per se.
