Llb grads can't join tn bar for now: hc

If CAs, CWAs, CSs, PhDs and few more high end professional degrees can be obtained through self-study and practical exposure, why not LLB? Since LLB can also be learned through self study and practical training at Senior's office (like CA), should we dispense with class room training for LLB? Only certain critical areas like Medicine and Engineering requires class room training. For others courses, class room training can be made optional.

HOW HE IS EXPECTING BAN ON LLB  ENROLLMENT  FROM OTHER STATES?

 HOW HE TELLS   LLB DEGREES WERE OR ARE ‘SOLD’ BY UNIVERSITIES IN OTHER STATES. ?

 So all the colleges and universities in KN, AP r conducting  llb  trading  and selling llb product ,not conducting law institution?

 how they [colleges and universities in KN, AP] r so quiet

why not they file defamation case against ?

 Most  LLB Degrees were obtained by producing bogus certificates with the help of brokers and the candidates after enrolling themselves

Yes IT IS INCREASING   .why not increase? Is there any rule  that restricts  MINI OR MAXI no of lawyers in TN or in  all over India?

 If they feel that should not increase , close  all law institutions in TN and all over India by making enactment .  Remove Art-14 which guarantees equality from constitutional provisions ,if possible the whole  fundamental right.
