i am palwinder singh from punjab i have a problem about borewell which borwell in our home its not work now more so we want new borewell so for new borewell not have any space in our home so i want borewell in govt street front home so i want to know its illegal if we make borewell hole in street and whats problem in future about it and any law permission for it ?
