Lockers at Bank in 498a and 406

If she does not know about those lockers and did not tell it to the police then you can keep it. Please keep in such a locker that she and her family does not know.

It is always better practice to close whatever bank accounts, lockers she knows and open new one to void harassment in future cases like DV, 125 CrPC etc. Please see the links bellow for more knowledge.

there are no restriction  against search of lockers in 406 case.

the gold of your brother's wife should be in her locker if marriage has taken place.
