Lok adalat notice regarding Idea bill pay pendind

Hello sir, I was payed 1000 rs postpaid bill instead of 2500rs of idea bill that has been used by me by wrong information provided by idea care person. While I was closing my connection they said me to pay two days advance bill to proceed closing connection and i also played .. But they don't said that data connection will be limited and I was used out of limit and they billed the charges for that use... And sent me so many notices to pay bill .. And I requsetd them and by compromising I was played 1000 bill and they said in future u will not rwcieve notices again... But now again they are landing me a notices by lok adalat ... And I have voice recording of what they spoke with me while I payed 1000rs also bill payed slip... What I have to do now and now I'm in trouble like even I can't arrenge 500rs for myself
