Influenced by the points and counter points raised during 24x7 coverage of Anna's fast unto death unless LOKPAL bill is not passed I submitted one RTI appl to the ministry of Finance Govt of India seeking info as follows :-
a) Numbers of NGO aided directly or indirectly by any deptt of govt of India.
b) Total amount of financial aid to the NGOs per year.
c) Total annual income from all sources as declared by the NGOs.
d) Total amount of aid recd from fForeign countries( donated as an individual, as a NRI or As an institution).
e) Total amount of INCOME TAX relief provided to all the NGOs put together.
That was submitted through CAPIO on 06 Sep 2011. On 29 Sep Fin Ministry ( signed by an under secy ( ITCC/ CPIO)) has now redirected my appl to Deputy Secy ( coord) under Sec 6(3) of RTI Act. Is the action of Min of finance malafied ?
What should be my next course of action to obtain the info?
