Looking For Mentor - IR

Dear Seniors,

I am Prashant from Pune keenly interested to make career in IR field.

I am currently working in Manufacturing company as an HR professional.
I am having 3 years+ experience in HR field.

I am a graduate in B. Sc.( Physcics ) Master in Management Science ( HRM ) +Master in Labour Law & Labour Welafare & currently persuing L.LB from Pune University.

Looking forwar to learn from scratch IR field.

Dear Prasant

In my view ,with the information provided by u, you are in aplace where u can learn a lot in IR. frankly speaking IR comes from experience and experiments supported by the knowledge u have. So Do IR in HR job. I am a strong beliver that HR & IR cannot line without each other. So enjoy working, acquire knowledge, learn from experience.
