it denotes that argument on the point of admission is due.

Sir, the case is Review Petition (Civil) . I heard that normally review petitions would be dismissed on circulation. In the instant case, Pending (Motion Hearing) Fresh (For Admission – Civil Cases) means, is the case admitted for oral hearing? You have replied that tha matter is posted for admission. In this case then what would be the normal procedure

The court will hear on the point as to why the petition be admitted. On admission the notice would be issued to opposite party and then after completion of pleadings the case shall be posted for final argument.
