Can you confirm whether handicapped (party blind) will be consider at the time of decision for maintenance / alimony by court of law....
I mean to say --- wife is asking alimony to settle the divorce by MCD.. Whereas husband and wife both are working in difference company and earning a good sum amount. Husband is Handicapped.So he is denying to pay alimony. Can husband get any relaxation on ground of handicapped??
