please give information I need for following.
Maintenance case u/s 125 against me from 2016 was ordered for Rs.6000/-p.m. with arrear on 31.12.2020 by oral by magistrate.
Before 15.01.2021, my Adv. applied for copy of judgement for appeal.
Judgement / order still not received.
How many days bar for appeal?
From when the bar days started for appeal?
Should I pay / deposit any amount as maintenance or arrear amount for appeal or before the appeal? Is mandatory for appeal?
If I does not pay or deposit any amount , appeal in district court will accepted?
Can I refuse to pay the such amount in magistrate court when enforcement filed by petitioner u/s 128 of Cr.P.C. before appeal?
Can give any citation to refuse to pay /deposit any amount before appeal?
