Malicious procecution

what is malicious procecution?

Sec 211 of ipc protects you against malicious prosecution. If you are charged with any false offence, youa can file a case under this section after your acquittal.

If anyone made falls allegation against u n u r charged with that .After acquittal Section 211 of IPC1860 gave u right to file case against that person it is called malicious prosecution
