marriage is not consumated

she stays in her fathers' house refusing to come

she also says she cant stay without her parents

she makes false allegations, such as i shout at her, scold her etc.

she has not made any physical injury allegations

she has only stayed for 9 days, that too not continously and

she is currently working and salary is aroung 20 thouand rupess

If u wish that she should cohabit with u, file a RCR against her, and even after passing the order In RCR u can than opt for contested divorce, but it would take years to grant the divorce, If u have tried ur level best to bring her back and if she is avoiding, or she does't want to come back, settle ut terms and opt for Mutual Divorce, it the prior condition for DMC is that there must be seperation for atleast one year. For how many months u r seperated ? Dmc is the speediest way to get divorce, which could be granted within 6 months.

She is earning enough to maintain herself, so chances of her getting maintenance is negligible.

Efforts have been of the highest quality with all the well wishers and elders (of both families) advising her to join the family. Now she claims that she is unhappy with marriage and she diid not want to get married and was forced by her parents.

She is also demanding a sum of Rs.30 lacs stating that she wants to lead a peaceful life
