I have quesion regarding registered marriage
1. it is necessary that wife is present in court a to registered the marriage
2. how many witness is required
3.how much time taken by court to give marriage certificate after registeration
4. is it any form which prefilled to register the marriage

why do want register at court ?, if you want register your marriage go to register office, with 2 evidence and photos. it will take time to get certificate from one week.
