My father passed away in oct 2020 due to hurt attack, Bcoz my younger sister make a court marriage and she was hide from home for 2 months after that my father brokes. Now the owner of my house is my mother but my mother is in fake net of my younger and elder sister and my younger sister husband. I am married and have 2 son. My sisters tried many times to passed me out from house with my kids and wife. They tring many times to quarrel with me and make my complaint to police and afterthat they will sale the house. All relatives tried to undrestand my mother but my sister's totally diverted my mother's mind. even my mother is getting salary of my father bcoz he was a govt employee. But m seprated from mother and did'nt get any financial help.
Am in big trouble dont know what to do
if my house is grabbed from me by my sister's then where i will go with my kids ðŸ˜

No one can grab any property and can get forceful possession legally, at the most they may as co-sharers of their intestate father's property may claim their share through the process of the court. You do not have any special status as a son and are just one among co-sharers of your father's property with your mother and sister. Your mother is entitled to give her share to whomever she likes.
