MCD aided schools teachers get 95% of salary from MCD (though not getting it for years now in reality). 5% is paid by the management of the adided school. Teachers are issued MCD ID cards. Are the MCD aided private school teachers government employees?

No, they are not Government emplyees i.e. public servants.

The government's role in aided schools is limited to recognition, approval, and providing aid - it does not make these schools statutory bodies that would entitle their employees to be considered government employees
