Pls provide a list of mediation centres along with their address in NCR who can tackle all India cases instead of one specific state.
1. In my understanding Mediation Centre in a State / District Court complex set up can only handle respective cases not other Districts / Other States cases.
2. You should write to respective District State High Courts under an RTI Application to supply you the same
