Medical representative filed dismissal cs in lab court u/s2a

Please Guide me regarding medical representative filing case under section 2a of industrial dispute act 1947 one of my friend told me you should have file under 2s. Please enlighten me on favour and opposition URGENT TODAY ITSELF IF possible
