medical test

hi friends,

in divorce case, cross of mine stage is there.

judge has appointed commissioner advocate to take my cross.

but two times date is given, the other side advocate is absenting himself by giving some or the other reasons.

what is the fate of my case?

next thing this divorce case i filed based on impotency of my husband.

i wanted to request court for medical test for potency of my husband

even my husband has agreed for test in his counter.

my doubt is to which hospital I can refer for his test.

shall i mention in apllication that as per discretion of court?

one more doubt, govt hospital will be preferred or private hospital?

why iam so worried is because my husband and his father are very good in managing things to their side by bribing.

please suggest me.

regards,

needful.

Dear GDK.

You give one or two more opportunities to the opposite advocate to cross examine you, while insisting on evry date that he is putting false excuses to avoid cross.  You also repeatedly request the commissioner to force the opposite advocate to do cross or other wise refer the case to the court again.

If you are quite confident that he is impotent, then you can move appropriate application seeking his medical examination in Govt. hospital.  After all, it is expert's opinion, which can be challenged by another expert's opinion and an expert's opinion cannot be a conclusive proof.

Wish you best of luck.

You can move application before the court seeking an expert's opinion on the impotency topic .... if there is a positive response for u .... then in the absence of any other evidence to rebut the expert's opinion you're bound to succeed in the matter ...
