hello

my dad 70 years old.and he got a mhada flat in 1970 in Slum Clearance Scheme.

but my flat is having dispute  in small cause court i am be the plaintiff and defendent is my paying guest (friend)  & Both of them got the possession in the premises.

And still in mhada as well as society records shows my name and my society is conveyance society (2006)

Several times I approach to society to pay maintenance bill ask for share certificate.

But society is not taking maintenance from me, and also not providing share certificate. And some occasion they are taking rent from my defendant. But not from me.

So In Jan. 2012 I have given affidavit on 100/- stamp paper along with my property document r for paying maintenance and demanded share certificate but they are not responding on letter.

I am also given the reminder letter to the society they receive it on 2nd June 2012 by registered AD.

And now they are completed the procedure of redevelopment and all of them are vacated there room, and builders is get IOD from BMC  but they have not sign agreement with me.

So anybody give me the proper legal aid.

and what is the procedure for membership.

dear querist,

your query is half detailed ,firs t of all you have to produce your succesion certificate to the society that you are legal heir of your father alongwith the application of transfer of flat to your name and after that they can take maintenance charges from you.
