Law advice u need to mentioned what kind of mental cruelity act that u faced in your married life.?

Supreme Court in recent pronouncement stated: “There cannot be any comprehensive definitions of the concept of”Mental Cruelty” within which all kinds of cases of mental cruelty can be covered. No court should even attempt to give comprehensive definitions of mental cruelty. The concept of mental cruelty differs from person to person depending upon his up-bringing, level of sensitivity, educational, family and cultural, financial, social, customs, traditions, religious beliefs, human values etc; Apart from that concept of cruelty may change with the changes of time and what may be mental cruelty for one person may not be mental cruelty for another person. Thus every case has to be evaluate it on its own peculiar facts and circumstances and there can not be any straitjacket formula on “Mental Cruelty”

Very hard to decide and indicate this in a finite number of words. Would totally depend on the facts and circumstances. What could be cruelty in one situatiin could not be in another.

If you are facing problem then simple solution go MCD. Lawyers may suggest you to file cases. But believe me its only wastage of time and money. Every one has problem in her married life its depends upon person to person how she deals. Remember one thing always family matter should be solve in four walls. Nothing you will get through court only time and money waste. People after doing murder live in open air. What justice you expect from court? Better take help of elders , organize a family meeting of elders and sort out problem.

A walk alone, I do appreciate your valued comments and in fact every one desire that; but these women tribe in India have become very different and that changes in them is the problem.

Autohide4u, who triggered Dv, 354, 376, 377, 498a IPC etc etc? Ofcourse the women tribe, so why blame the lawyer tribe, who will charge fees, as even a porter charge for their services lifting your women tribes luggage from the railway platfporm to your train compartment.
