If she is a working women than send for the child the appropiate expenses you deem Fit as well as the Delivery charges you feel fit by M.Order  and keep a proff of all the acknowledgements you receive from her . 

File RCR  and expect a DV case or a 498 A case being filed on . As and when the baby is born into this world file for visitation of your child under gaurdians and wards act or in case she files a DV case than file for visitation under the same act . Now as you have joined this portal read a lot of posts daily and upgrade your knowledge in order to fight the false cases she may file .

May be it is just a normal wear and tear, and that during pregnancy it is known fact women tend to be in depression. So sujith engage elder and speak to her, nothing wrong in going to her home do a whatever possible at this tough time to her. Explain her and take immediate assumption. But if that continues post delivery sure that what stanley said is a possibilty.

she cant file a case against me for dowry becoz she already written on a stamp paper in front of police official that she taking all her things to her home,now she and her parents wants me to stay with them and i am not willing

actually her father asking me for a big amount.and her brother send me msgs that he will dispose my child in her stomach

oh no!!, then as like everyone proceed with RCR drama.. help one more lawyer in Inida.. await in turn  what comes and act upon

and now har parents warning me that that they will lodge a case against me for maintanance

is there any rule that if a wife is staying in her home and husband has to pay her maintanance

She can very well file a False case of 498 A at any time stating that you are demanding dowry just to harass you  or for you to come to a settlement so that she can abstract money from you . The stamp paper in front of the police states that she is taking all her things has she mentioned on the stamp paper that you have never demanded dowry . On LCI itself you can see so many members fighting false cases of 498 A and DV .

please tell me how to get rid of these stupid affair becoz i dont thik that she will change or her parents allow her to change.and her parents only need money.becoz i want a gud life
