If a company makes an application to the High Court for seeking dispensation to the holding of meeting of shareholders, Hon'ble High Court would ask for consent letter from the shareholders. In that case, the company would have to seek consent from the shareholder.
In this regard, please forward a copy of the letter/form in which the company can seek consent of shareholders to the scheme.(if u have)
