Meyakal poramboke land

Hi Sir,

We have PATTA for our land.That land is actually called "Meyakkal Poramboke Land".The following message is mentioned in that patta that is, "We should not sale or give as a gift or give for morgage for 10 years without the Revenue officers written approval."So, we are not able to get loan against this property.So,Please advice is it possible to change the patta or register that land? Is there is any other possiblities to get loan against this property? please help me....

as per the condition mentioned you cant do anything till the ten year time gets lapsed

Hi Sir, Thank you so much for your great advice. Sir, actually they have mentioned, before doing anything we have get the approval of Revenue officer by written. Is it possible?
